Long (Akbari): This kind is the most expensive; the common sizes are 18/20, 20/22 & 22/24
Round (Fandoghi): First in produce and export the common sizes are 26/28, 28/30 & 30/32
Long (Ahmad Aghaee): This kind favored by Eastern Asians. The common size is 22-24 and 24-26
Long pistachio (Badami): The shape of its kernel is similar to that of the almond. Available in sizes 22/24, 24/26 & 26/28
Roasted and Salted: All kinds of pistachio can be roasted and salted based on clients order
